So I just had a thought and It was our sitcoms dying out like We used to have so many So to name a few like Big Bang how I met your mother Brooklyn 99 So many and Now there's not really That many coming out or like emerging our sitcoms dying That's the question are they dying? Are they just not coming back?
I think they are purely because when I was younger anyway I used to sit down and watch them on TV nowadays people are always online I know they're on Netflix and other streaming websites but it's just not the same is it?
Yeah, I think you're right in this one. Like, you would just come home from school or something and it would constantly be playing, constantly be playing one after the other. but who really watches live TV anymore?
You know what, I think you're right. because I feel like everyone sort of shifted from the sitcom-ish to more serious, more sort of high production sort of TV.
Yeah, I get what you mean. There was just this kind of like generic formula of these sitcoms where it's like, okay, we have to have the one hot girl, the one funny guy, the one nerdy guy, the one colored person. and now that's not working.
I don't think they're dying I think it's just harder to find sitcoms because we would used to sit up in front of the TV and cable will just force us to watch what was on on that hour but now there's so many streaming services and so many platforms that you don't have to find them
