Okay, what do you think about working overtime? And do you think working overtime is unhealthy? I think working overtime can get unhealthy because it can lead to burnout. But I think it depends. If people do it every now and then, it's fine. But if somebody has a lot of possibilities and they have to work overtime for a long period of time, it can definitely take a toll on people's mental health.

Honestly, it depends if it's something that you are okay with and not being forced into doing then sure it's fine but you know there's a limit to what your body and mind can handle.

Definitely unhealthy. That's one of the worst parts of being in America, I feel like, just because in so many other countries, basically besides America, because all we care about is capitalism, is they don't work their asses off on overtime, like they have more vacation time.

It all depends on what kind of work you do.

I think it all depends on, you know, the context. If you need to get a project done, you work on it great, but if you take time off, then it's balanced. But if you're just working overtime, just for the sake of working, that's unhealthy. And I think you should check in with yourself so you can be better for yourself.

I think every so often it's okay but when it becomes repetitive and it's like an every single day thing and it's taking away from your family life then yes.

Yes, I do think it's unhealthy depending on the situations. Just like you said, I totally agree with all of your points.

Maybe once in a while is it bad but I don't think it's a good thing then they get accustomed to it and I know that working overtime they give you more money but I don't think it's worth it.

Nah, it's not unhealthy.

I don't think it's unhealthy if you do it in moderation. If you're doing it on a regular, I think it definitely is because you still need time to relax, wind down for the day and feel refreshed and vitalised for the next day.
