Yeah, 100%. I mean, if you're having a stressful day, you can escape from reality and play games, but if you play it too much or rely on it too much then it could be bad for your mental health, so it depends.

Personally, yes and no. Depends on what game you're playing. Fortnite can be chill at times and the same goes to Minecraft. A lot of games nowadays can get very repetitive and competitive so that can be a no as well.
