I was on a panel earlier where somebody hopped on and they mention that they were on GHB from the night before they were erratic behavior and concurrently very aggressive in the assertions that they were making I don't wanna hand we could pass it off as this is somebody I don't mind altering substance but on the other hand the deliberation in their delivery led me to believe that it was not that that it was definitely some thing that was intended to be vitriolic aiming at victims of rape questioning whether rape is valid or not now of course the presentation was sort of non sequitur in the sense that he brought up being a veteran and then immediately went into this you know hypothetical rape scenario but when questioning him he started to just thank me for challenging him and I'm like but this is all wrong And so I guess my question for myself because I don't need answers from anyone right now is what is when it comes to the legal system and when it comes to how we hold people accountable how accountable can we hold people on different substances because I was raped by somebody that was not a mind altering substance and I had the chance to file it everybody was encouraging me to everybody wanted me to but I didn't do it because I forgive people that you know do it in an altered state of mind forgives a very large word but I don't I don't press charges So I wonder like is it yeah Where do we draw the line and how do we measure and given the different people in different substances behave different ways you know what we do
