As a huge advocate for mental health I'd love to know the best advice you've ever got in therapy minus if you keep doing things the same way you'll get the same results

Be kind of tear yourself just really alleviate the pressure that we put on ourselves and understand that you were doing the best that you can in every single moment and that is more than enough
A lot of the things I say not here is dope it's crazy I am a grubbing on these things for my mother and things like that but I will say for me best if I should be bad if that something I did not grow up learning and understanding at all how to learn that by being old
I am my own therapist. Basically I go by cause and effect, understand your own cause and effects and you should be good. That's about it. And be aware. Be better aware.
