like but like a like a bunch of helicopters just like like around me I was tripping so hard it was not even funny but it was so cool though because I did like the sound like other helicopters there was a water coming out but it sounded like a helicopter

Green, brown noises, green or brown noises are really soothing to me. Extremely loud sounds would sort of get my anxiety going.
