Look, unless you are drying something at like 100 degrees Fahrenheit, right? Like really low temperatures, you need to be checking your oven every 10 minutes just to make sure your shit is right. And once it becomes to the point where it's like almost there but it's not, you check it every 5 minutes. You are not perpetually there at the oven, but you're checking it to make sure your shit doesn't go kaboom or burn or do a crisp, you know what I mean?
