I would take some essential oil and mix it with coconut oil and rub it on their chest. specifically I like lavender because lavender is anti-inflammatory

I normally give them steam this really works because it's very safe for the child and at times I do put on some Vicks around his nose like not directly but

I can't remember if I answered this but put them in a hot steamy bath you can also if they're old enough have them smell some peppermint essential oils and do you like a nose massage like right on the side of her

Ginger tea anything that's holistic do not take synthetic Mesut medicine please please don't do that

So we use the nose Frida with the drops I forgot they're cold but they called to loosen it up and then my daughter does have allergies so she sneezes a lot so we have really really soft clean exes so her nose doesn't get irritated and I also put on Aquaphor
