I would suggest drinking some kind of tea or like a hot shower or there's also something called a Netti pot

We usually try to run the humidifier at night with some um eucalyptus drops and then try to suction out his nose um but we spray saline before.

It really depends on what's causing the stuffy nose and congestion because those are symptoms that have multiple causes And if you want to relieve the symptoms, then you're gonna have to treat the right cause.

The only tip I can think of is maybe to learn about various causes of stuffy nose and congestion and determine which one is the most likely cause and start there.

For example, if your stuffy nose is caused by dilated blood vessels in your nose, then taking something like Sudafed is not going to help. So you really want to try to figure out what's actually causing it.

The baby quote unquote neti pot is the way to go. Basically shoots all the snot out through the nose and it's literally like you need to look up some videos or something because it gets like gallons out.

I normally do a little bit of the Vicks and then I take a really hot steamy shower and put the baby in the bathroom with me so that way the steam could like loosen up all the dried up mucus inside the nasal passage.
