What helps you get rid of your child or baby's mucus? What are your tips and tricks?

I think the good old tried and true tea with honey always helps.

So I actually use the VIX Baby Rub and put it on my daughter's foot. And I also use the VIX plugin and it usually helps with congestion.

Sucks to boogers out of her toddlers nose and plays that's totally cool little bit while doing it that seems to work pretty good that and make it through the indoor air quality is good can I have air purifiers is the air quality outside

My friend has a two-year-old and she uses these booger weights that seem to do a pretty good job. I think she has like a suction thing too so she's got some tools.

I would say the humidifier or if you have like an asthma pump thing. I had got one from the doctor, but that really breaks down the cold.

So I swear by the Frida Nose Spray it works so good. If you do that like before a warm bath and then also putting baby rub on the bottom of his feet and check.

So the Vicks shower steamers, they work like a charm for my family. Like we stock up on those, they actually work, we love them.

Me, I use Vicks vapor rub sometimes I drink my own mucus so that my nose mucus will be empty.
