So my household has gone sick again for the past like so we were sick maybe like three or four weeks ago we got all super sick and now my daughter went out to her at my mother-in-law's house came back couple days later and she was just super sick but she's feeling bad about me and my partner were we're dying over here so what are some good remedies I'm at home remedies can I help my congestion and coughing and stuffy nose I'm interested to know because like I do have my own home already so I wonder if there's like other ones
I do a lot of vitamin C and elderberry. I like the brand Sumberkahl. It's like purple and white. It's a really good brand. And a lot of fluid, a lot of water.
We also do a lot of vitamin C. I've never tried elderberry I do remember my friend tell me about it, but I think it was for like three years and up Wasn't it my daughter's just turning two so I'm not quite sure but I should look into that.
A lot of times there's like free nurse health lines that you can call or if you have a pediatrician just call and ask. I don't see why elderberry would be harmful to kids especially since you can buy it organic.
Yeah, my daughter doesn't really take much either. She just started taking Tylenol. And like before I literally had to like pin her down to give her Tylenol because she has febrile seizures. So.
A time like this is just super scary because she's just prone to seizures during a fever but um yeah she just started allowing like taking Tylenol basically on her own so I don't think she would take honey or lemon um but I'll definitely try.
For you and your husband, take a red onion is better but any onion. Take some garlic, some honey and some lemon. Boil it down till it gets real soft and mushy. Drink the water. It's disgusting but it will knock a fever or any type of congestion out.
It might make you sleepy so be aware of that but garlic is a natural antibiotic. Take some potatoes, slice it and put them in your baby's socks. When she goes to sleep it will help to draw out any type of toxicity out of her body.
Vitamin C and elderberry those things are great to help to boost your immune system and help to keep you from getting sick and to help you get better but they do not kill infections. But the garlic and the onion will.
And of course it always has to do with your diet as well. So for at least three days stay away from any mucus causing foods like milk, cheese, things like that. It will whip you right back into shape.
Oh, sorry, one more thing. And ginger tea on an empty stomach in the morning. You can add some lemon in there if you like, but yeah, it's like vitamin C on crack.
And the best way for hydration is H3O, which is found naturally in fruit. So if you have watermelon, get you a nice big watermelon, juice it and feed it to your whole family.
