I haven't experienced a weight loss journey yet, but I am looking to start one now. And documenting it would be great. you know putting the picture up and She's looking at the progress.

Are used to be 150 pounds it's pretty chubby had a double chin and once I really got into the Bible you know the Bible talks a lot about gluttony it really did help me because God helps you go for it and I still eat what I eat but I just I just eat less you know like I eat less of one of the gigantic my meals are used to have and now I'm about 126 pounds like mine went down and I just like that you know just got a dedicated freight

Don't fully take my word for it though because you know you gotta be careful still what you eat and I just simply ate last I mean it could just be genetics And also simply you know I prayed on it and then I was able to go down much quicker but still you know there's a lot of factors in getting a healthier diet for your for your mind for your body it really is better to eat healthier more organic cause I wanna medals a lot unhealthy stuff and food I'm gonna get better
