I have volleyball tryouts on the 30th and I was wondering if anybody has any tips That is for volleyball, not any other sport. Thank you.

Jump and speed. This is the only thing you need to play volleyball. That's all you need.

Work out your jumping and your speed. It will help you really well. I don't play body ball but you know it should help you.

Depends what position you're playing but if you're receiving the ball make sure you be engineers get download and whatever you do do not interlock your fingers because you will break your wrist

Big good with throwing balls and hitting balls and touching balls.

My best suggestion do whatever you're doing right now, but stretch more because is nothing worse than getting injured.
