I don't think, in my own personal opinion, whether it's a man or woman or any gender, we'll get away with being too out of shape. At the end of the day, we all need to be healthy. Because I think being a woman is actually harder. I'm not saying it's easy to be a man, but it's just not my thing to be a woman.
