My work is remote and sometimes days off seems to not exist but for some time I have been taking one or two days off from work and personally it has helped me a lot honestly. After that little break, I start to enjoy work a little more.

Yes I definitely take a breaks from work and mental health days for sure I'm just unplugging and you're focussing a lot on self-care
