I believe that the soul is forever, so that's comforting. And, you know, the body dies, but the soul is forever. And mourning is a process, but it can't take over your life.
I've been to fire funerals in three years so I can help a little bit. Pretty much just take your time and just accept it honestly. I know it's harsh to say that but honestly once you believe it and you accept it that they are gone it becomes a lot more easier.
