So this all boils down to if the house actually has the like crazy technology that you see in the movie where like The windows give you like the weather temperature and the waves when they're coming in Like if it has all that technology that like the real world. Yeah, I'd spend the money. Fuck. Yeah Now if it doesn't and it's just a house over the ocean. Fuck that Spend 20 000 doing something else not just gonna sit in the ocean when I'm not able to sit
