I was a hot shower even possible because you would think that you would burn your skin off all the hot boiling water so how would that be possible

Definitely warmer showers and then at the end of my shower I switch it to cold for health purposes.

After I'm done washing my face I'll turn the water on cold and wash my face and cold water again to close my pores but definitely a warm shower all the way

I definitely prefer we can go by hostile call Salazar low-key uncomfortable but I will do that I started in Kosovo so now Because it helps with your body when you're going in blood circulating stuff like that

Definitely hotter warm showers. I don't ever do cold showers. I would never do that whole get a cold shower or cold dunking thing. I'd freeze to death.
