Have you ever been an extra or a background actor on a movie or TV show? I was when I was 17, 18 years old on the TV show Touched by an Angel. They filmed most of that series in Utah and one time episode they needed a large crowd to fill the basketball arena for one of the episodes. And I got to be like front row and it was super fun. fun. We got to eat all of the stadium food that we wanted all day, but it was a long day. That was my first time ever being on a set was as a teenager and then I've worked on 14 feature film sets and three or two TV series and tons of commercials and everything since, but that was my first opportunity. How about Have you ever been on a show or a movie?

There's nothing worse than being a non-sag non-union extra they treat you like cattle. I've been in the union for 15 years and I'll tell you, I've seen them be treated real poorly.

Yeah, being on a non-union set, which in Utah is pretty much every set, it's a, you are, they are herded like cattle. Like I haven't been in background as an adult. I've been on film crews and been like on first team acting, but it makes me sick how poorly that background are treated by pretty Pretty much everybody on set. That's ridiculous.

It can be a fun experience, especially if you go and you have a friend or two that are on set as well So you've got people to talk to but you get to meet new people And you get to see get a glimpse into the production process and everything but it's also a very long and tedious day.
