Are you prioritizing your sleep sleep is utterly mandatory for true health longevity happiness and well-being and it's often taken for granted Sleeping about eight hours a night is very beneficial and this is what I try to do I try to go to bed around 10 latest 11 and then I wake up around eight all of the healing things that go on in our body happened between 10 and two 2 AM and it's very important to actually be sleeping at this time or these things don't happen like the release of human growth hormone and just all the repairing that goes on at night from the day that we had so yeah let me know if you're prioritizing your sleep and yeah

Yeah I prioritise my sleep as much as I can I try and get it out of sync as much as possible so typically I'll go to sleep at midnight and wake up at 8 am all-rounder and I feel like I'll get quite a good night sleep

Rest and restore, rest and repair is so important. I took it for granted for the longest of times. I would work late. I would work till 3am but gosh I got so ill. It would mess up my hormones but now, yes thank god I got it back on track. Like my minimum sleep is nine hours. Like I remember the doctor told me we're all different. people think it's seven or eight hours, mine's nine hours and I got it back on track. I'm grateful.

Yes I do prioritize my sleep even though I don't always get a quality nights sleep but you can live longer without food then you can without sleep so keep that in mind

I really wish that I could go to bed at 10 and wake up at eight I think I go to bed about 1030 and wake up at 5:30 so I probably don't get enough sleep
