I'm procrastinating and I shouldn't but came here to tell you procrastination bad for your mental health do things OK don't be like me don't wait till the last minute when everything is due in like three days and you have legitimately five projects waiting for you to get them done so I am tip of the day don't procrastinate

I've been someone like this to it's been an area that has been a challenge and what I realize that helps me a lot is to have an accountability partner or to have a group of people or community that can hold you accountable or even if you don't have that to like set up accountability for yourself because at the root of procrastination when you really dig deep it's a lack of self-worth and so you sabotage because you're afraid of completing some thing because you think you're going to
