This is just a rant about Tropic Thunder. I gotta say, Robert Downey Jr. doing Blackface and getting away with it, it's probably one of the most incredible things I've ever seen in my life. Well, let me tell you why. He was so good at being a Black person that Black people allowed it. That's how good of an actor Robert Downey Jr. is. But I gotta say, he really tapped into some Black man They probably died or so. I don't know what he did, but that was such a great performance. He was hilarious. I'm just a dude disguised as another dude. I mean, it was brilliant. And that's the only time black faces ever work. And it made me think, is black face acceptable? No. But when you're Robert Downey Jr. In the only way, this is my theory about white people and using the N word and doing black face. You got to be basically one of the greatest actors of all time. Like with Leonardo DiCaprio said the N word and Django on chain, We allowed it because he's such a great actor. And when Robert Downey Jr. was a black man in Tropic Thunder, we allowed it because he was hilarious. And also he was a white man playing an actor in a movie as a white man playing an actor. First of all, the writing was just genius, but what do your views on Tropic Thunder do you feel was controversial? Did you not like it now? This time, make you look at it like, wow, that was racist. I look back and think, wow, that was genius because that was just like masterful. Like, aside from Robert Downey Jr. just being hilarious and actually playing a respectable black man, it was just so good. It was so good. I mean, this ***** can act. I'm just telling you, you know, he deserved that. He deserved that. But yeah, anyway, I love wrapping down, Jr. What do you guys think?
