So arm goals are really really important to have an and you need to have short-term goals long-term goals just something to strive towards arm and I just wanna ask what is your biggest goal this year
So my goal right now is just to get stronger because my baby's almost two and I've lost the weight like a year ago so I'm back to my pre baby weight but I I haven't worked out as hardcore as I did before, so I need to build more muscle.
I'm trying to lose weight, get lean, go on more hikes, just do a variety of workouts hit, um, like cardio, more hiking trips, just a wide range of stuff to try and build my endurance, get fitter and eat healthier as well.
My goals at the moment are to lose this bit of weight that I've gained over the winter time and I'm gonna do a one day fast every week and do intermittent fasting throughout the week two to help Lose that weight and just kind of feel better in my mind more clear and energized
