Was there anything that your parents did when you were a kid that you swore you wouldn't do to this day, but you'd done it?

Oh, so many things, so many things that before I had my baby, I'd be like, I'd never do that. I'll never do that to my own kid. And then now here I am doing everything, being just like my mama. It's a shame. It's bad.

Honestly, surprisingly, none that I can think of. I am trying to like change my way of parenting and be completely gentle parenting. So a lot of the things I do are very different.

I would say that parents just put high expectations on you and this is going to affect you through your adulthood as well.
