How would you recover from an injury? There would be any injury. I think me, if it's a leg injury, I'll just have plenty of rest. Stay out of here, I'm over here.

When I have really majorly pulled something while weight training, I would like elevate it and put ice on it and not work out on it for like a week. I would make sure it's almost healed. Not completely because I know I could like push through but pretty much healed.

For any physical injury, it's resting, icing, compressing, elevating, the usual, and making sure I'm hydrating. But mentally, it's just reminding myself that I can overcome this, and then after the injury, you can't compare your progress to where you were before you got injured. So I always try to remind myself of that too.
