Quinoa pasta and squash noodles are different sorts of vegetarian pastas I tried wheat pasta before and I don't think I cooked it long enough or if I did I think I still didn't like the texture it was just it was more than al dente I felt like it was just undercooked and I think I cooked it for as long as it should've been but have you guys tried any vegan passes or veggie pastas Anything do what are some recommendations

One of the things that I recommend for people who don't want to have regular wheat pasta because of unfortunately here in North America wheat agriculture is deplorable and there's so many chemicals sprayed on it and it's GMO and hybridize so what I switched over to is imported semolina pasta to have that regular pasta taste because Italian pasta doesn't have all that junk that North American wheat does and an alternative to that you could also have quinoa-based pasta or brown rice to go completely wheat free
