Okay, do you guys believe in crystals? Like, do you use it for, you know, bringing in positive energy, good spirits? Like, do you use them? How do you use them? Do you meditate with them? Like, anything about crystals? If you guys know anything or have your own opinions, share them here. I want to know. I just watched the video talking about crystals and I don't know what to think so let me know.

I 100% believe in the placebo effect and I think I've talked about it on some of your soundbites before which the placebo effect in itself we can't downplay the magic of it right because the fact that we are able to manipulate matter and reality based on our belief systems I mean come on y'all crazy right but I feel like crystals are definitely tied to the placebo effect but they are also.

have been known to just help with conducting electricity. So with this, I mean, there's certainly a vibration in it, no? When I've worked with crystals before, I went through a time where I didn't want to look up the meaning of it. I didn't want to look up the name of it. Okay? I wanted to meditate with it, hold it, and be with a certain kind of mineral throughout the day day and see what transpired for me.

And so paying attention to my thoughts, paying attention to my emotions, paying attention to what was rising up for me, paying attention to energetic sensations in my body, right? And I took notes on it. And then I looked into the meaning of that mineral. And eight times out of 10, y'all. Oh, shit was on point with the description of what that mineral is for.

I have also worked with minerals in a way that helps to alleviate body aches, pains, and energetic blockages like in your chakras. And by the time I'm done doing this work, and I've done it on me and I've done it on other people, the energy is so real. The crystal itself is hot. It is hot in the area on their body where I worked on, it's hot.

So I leave with this. If you buy a crystal with the intention of oh my gosh this is going to fill up all the voids in my system, oh my gosh this is going to make me 100% rich, oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh and you think it's going to be your savior without you having to go inside to be your own damn savior, put the damn thing back and don't buy it. A lot of these things are tools but never forget, first and foremost, we are the ultimate tool that we have.

I have not experimented with crystals in any major way, but I do have some cello night that sits on my bedside table that a friend gave me and I remember the first night that I had it and I said it there. I spent some time to try and connect with it and I slept so solid that night. since it hasn't been consistent, but like, it was a pretty cool experience, but that's my only real crystal experience.

I wrap them with wire and create necklaces with them so that people can wear them around their neck and bring energy to their center. Balance is everything. Peace.

I mean, I don't use any or really know anyone who used any, but like, I don't know. If you believe that the crystal has the power to make your life better, I feel like that belief can somehow help your life. So, you know, it doesn't, it doesn't hurt anyone. So, I don't know. I really don't know.

I do not believe the crystals have a healing effect, but I do believe that having a token, a totem of sorts, a ritual can be very helpful for focusing the mind and healing the body. You could be anything from a candle to a coin, and if crystals are the preferred choice, I think that's a valid option.
