safety feel that no matter where you reside in the world there are situations that may challenge our safety some situations may literally be as literal as I don't have a shelter right now there's no way I could possibly feel safe other situations may be every time I go home it's always fighting it's always drama I don't feel safe how can I feel at ease right now? and so forth feeling safe, I feel, is a pivotal foundation in order for us to move, accelerate, progress in life when I feel frozen, I realize that I'm not feeling safe if I'm feeling defensive or if I want to just run away feeling like maybe I'm not feeling safe being in the sympathetic nervous system fight, flight, or freeze can take over our mental, our emotional, and our physical being aware of our responses to various situations is pivotal in order for us to move forward

in order for progression and growth to happen. now i'm not saying that wait until you feel safe or you only have to make change until you feel safe nah. however if we're operating on old programmings

then we can surely get ourselves out of the sympathetic nervous system response and feeling check out my previous sound **** part 2 for a short breathwork exercise that can help you get out of the sympathetic nervous system.

I can help you swap out of the sympathetic nervous system into the parasympathetic nervous system. It's wild to me how we're not taught these things because we're expected to operate at a level of stress.
