So I noticed every since my baby was little she loves to go on car rides and feel the fresh air so every once in a while throughout the day I either do a car drive with my spouse and the baby or I'll drive on my own or I just let her be outside in the backyard and run around play with the ball go on the jumper Or just be out there and sit and soak up the sun that's a super important thing for them to get sunlight throughout the day multiple times
