Hey good morning what's up stereo Pham hope y'all are doing so well today I wanted to ask you guys how do you deal with the stresses of every day life or even just kind of little when real life hit you really hard and it's not very nice to you and you have to figure out like like what your next move is how do you deal with these things and what are like the ways that you can relax and unwind and distress from the situation Are you an eater and cheater or you drink or smoke or are you distracting your mind from these things are you dealing with the situation head on or are you just of what what are you do or are you avoiding it talk talk to me about your process
Well, I take a catalog of all the things I can control and all the things I can't and I really focus on the things That I can control that makes my mind feel better and I disregard the things that I can't control and on the other Every other time I just go to the gym or something like that to help relieve the stress
Well, I've been trying to make this short and simple. Well, I mostly meditate. I do meditation for my stress, you know what I'm saying? Listen to podcasts, things of that nature, you know? It's healing the mind.
Hi man I just took a quick question I do all kinds of stuff I meditate I do breathing techniques sometimes I just like to scream into the pillow you know it's been some of the situation as I think the best thing is if I what works for you and do that
When I'm feeling super stressed, I just go for a long walk on a nature trail by my house and that helps. I just put my headphones in, fall back to music and then yeah, I'm feeling great by the end of my walk.
I work very hard. I overwork myself sometimes. There are days that I meditate and I journal and that's awesome and then there are days that I don't got time for that and I'll smoke a cigarette and keep going.
