It's time for the quote of the day when someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time by Maya Angelou. You know your partner knows themselves much better than you will ever know them and so it's not to say that your partner won't change down the road but if they're telling you by words or they're showing you by their actions something this is who they are and you have to accept that because if you just are waiting around until one day they change you're fighting a lost battle. Think about how hard it is for you to change something about yourself and you'll realize that expecting that from some someone else is not only unfair but it's you know unlikely.
