So when I'm going through things, obviously it's taken me a while to get to where I'm at. I used to try every other way to try to better myself, but once I started opening up to God and trying to have a relationship with God, things started to get more-

And what I mean by that is once I started putting my faith and my trust that he is the one that's gonna guide me, it's his will, not mine, then things started to work and go into my favor.

I have a friend that's going through a similar thing that you're going through right now. It's not easy. It's never easy. Death is a part of life, but if you believe in God, you will have life eternal. It's a gift from God.

But I believe in you and I believe you can get through this. You're a strong person and you gotta believe that you're a strong person. It's all about the mindset. And love Jesus and open your heart to Jesus and I guarantee you'll see the change. It doesn't happen overnight.

I think keeping your body constantly moving can really help you stay strong mentally because it gets the endorphins and serotonin and those reward chemicals moving along.

I mean I kind of just fake it until I make it. Just pretend to be happy and tell myself that I'm happy until I'm actually happy. It kind of sucks, but eventually it works.

I just had this pop up on my popular page and I just want to say I have the heaviest of condolences to you and your family. I am incredibly sorry for your loss and I know this was recorded a while ago but I really hope you're doing okay and that you got the help you needed.

I would say a really good tip would be trying to meditate. It does take some practice, but if you can do as little as two to five minutes a day of just kind of calming your mind and being able to clear your head, that's a start. Hertz frequency is also a start. And maybe going on YouTube and starting to listen to people like Abraham Hicks. Abraham Hicks is, like, legit. You listen to her, give yourself a month of just listening to her straight.
