Hi everyone I lost my 10th and 11th month son and I need to know how to stay happy and strong as your mental health because I'm going through a lot and I need your guys help can you give me some good tips
I am so sorry for your loss. Mental health can be challenging to deal with during challenging times, especially when you lose a loved one. Let me continue this on to-
Bill, I appreciate that man, it's cool, you know, it happens sometimes. And yeah, great on this one, music does help people. If you're walking alongside the beach, that makes people really happy as well with music.
I would say truly grasping the concept that life really does go on, you know? Like no matter what happens to us or what we go through, the sun is still going to come up tomorrow. And the day after that, and the day after that...
And it's like a it's a never-ending cycle You know until one day the world just stops. I don't know what you believe in but that would be when Jesus comes back for me But um yeah, the Sun is going to constantly come up
And life is going to constantly go on. You'll meet new people. You'll create new memories. You'll have new experiences. You will eventually heal. You really will. You will eventually heal.
You know, time really does heal you. You know, when we go through things in life or when we experience losses, we feel broken. And that's okay, you know, it's okay to feel broken just. shine shining shine
As long as you understand that that dark space you in right now, that brokenness that you feel, just understand it's temporary, it's not gonna last forever, that stun gonna keep coming up and you will be okay.
Exactly, yes. It's like a story. That's a good way to think about it actually. So yeah, this dark space that you in, that we go through, you know, we all have our moments. It's just part of the chapter, but it's not the end because we still got breath in our body.
I'm so sorry for your loss, but I think it's very important to mourn the loss and process that loss. And then once you're ready to actually find a purpose in life, find something that you
It's important to find something that gives you fulfillment. And sometimes helping others can actually do that for you when you've gone through so much yourself.
After you're done with you know the grieving and crying and all the other stuff which you'll probably never be done with that Try to keep a center and try to keep your peace
