We all know the subject of love can be really entertaining and following up from my last post. I want to know your guys' genuine thoughts on dating shows because to me, I know I'm going to get some hate on this. I just think it's so overplayed and most of the time it's scripted and the couples don't even last past the two year, maybe even three year mark if that. I don't know, I just feel like it's run its course and with dating apps now and social media, there's just different ways to scope out somebody and put it out there for others to know about. So I feel like dating shows aren't all that special anymore because when they were first originating in content, it was because social media wasn't around. But now that we have that, we just have different forms of seeing what's up with other couples. But I don't know, that's just my take. but would love to hear your perspective.

They are definitely so made up and I do not enjoy them anymore. They seem like so fake.

I think dating shows are probably super I don't watch them they're kind of dumb to me are you standing out there not interesting to me so I don't know I think it all kind of comes down to the sandwich show and like like why you know I mean like I guess I'm not a big fan of them

Oh I mean like I think they're entertaining but like a you know I don't really think that any of them are like really like setting couples up for like actual success in the real world I think at this point it's purely just for entertainment

Look I genuinely think that the intros have potential to be really good in the UK we've got first dates which I think is quite wholesome and it's generally well suited to people trying to find a connection with each other although it kind of hinges on the whole dinner date aspect which I think I see is counterintuitive to a good day because not everybody performs well in a dinner date scenario But it is kind of dangerous you've seen that kind of popular or just terrible
