body or physical appearance and securities that cannot be changed with exercise or diet. You don't have to say what it is. I personally do is one insecurity and I think that is okay. This will make you an insecure person or doesn't mean that you don't love yourself. It is completely normal. I have learned to love a lot of things that I might not like about myself that were insecurities, but now I really do not mind.

I feel sometimes we try to feel accepted by another group of people just to like fit in or something but we have to be content with our own body.

I feel like we all have our own body insecurities. Like, I think even the most fit people, I think they still have insecurities. And I definitely do too. And I think a lot of the times for women, it can be our stomach and like the sides of our legs cause a lot of women hold fat there. And that's where I do. and I can get pretty insecure about that as well.

Yeah those are the hardest cause there's a lot of things you can change with your exercise or diet but there's also a lot of things you can't and you know that can be really tough on you

For me, I would probably say my nose is kind of wide. I've never liked my nose. And maybe one of my ears, because one of my ears is like, pulled out a little bit. And when I was younger, they used to make one of me call me satellite ears. So yeah, my nose and my ear.
