So a little backstory I am a new dad as of February 2 and I'm going to admit it's a little rough so for those that are seasoned veterans of being parents what are some tips and tricks that you wish you knew at the start of this journey that you know now

Try not to worry so much about like milestones. With my first I was checking everything with my second I was like no could not be bothered to stress myself out like that.
