So we have been living with my parents since November. We had a last minute move from Boston to Tennessee. And we are now on the hunt for apartment. We wanted to stay a little longer just to make some extra money to be saved before we went and got something. We were going to get a house, but we kind of went and wait and see if the market will go down. So now we are we decided we're going to get an apartment for a few months, and then we'll see how the market is. and then if we want to buy, we'll buy. But yeah, we're looking for apartments right now and it's so like defeating because apartments are so expensive and it's like almost the same amount for apartment that it is for a mortgage. But we're not sure if we want to make a commitment to a house yet. So it's just really defeating. Does anyone else feel this way? Does anyone own or rent? What about like what do you guys have?

Oh I am on the same exact boat as you I've been living with my parents for since my second somebody year and we we just needed to get out we're like we've been trying to get out but like with finances and everything we wanted to make sure everything was good so anyway we wanted to get a house and we were looking for a house for a while and then same thing is you markets horrible and we just don't wanna come at either and so we decided to rent and yeah rent prices are also pretty high
