What's up, it's your boy Nas, RJ aka Hennessy Poppy. Don't mind me, it's just the Hennessy talking. Question, do you have a journal? Men and women. I recently started a journal. I started it last month due to stress and you know, being upset about some things. It's been really helpful. I keep a lot of things off social media by going straight to my journal. This is the first time I've ever had a journal in my life. It's therapeutic, I can say any and everything I want and maybe talk myself through things with writing in there. So now I want to know, do you all have a journal and what does your journal mean to you?

Yes, yes, I have too many journals. I have a dream journal on my phone where it is logged and saved and I can hashtag it to make it easier to find. I also have a gratitude journal and just a regular journal for me to talk.

Yeah, I do. And I actually have not only a physical one I write in, but I also have a digital one. Like I have an album on my iPhone where I save pictures that I can just like look back on and make good memories out of.

Journals are cool. I only ever have the motivation to make them when I'm feeling really sad So basically I have like a couple of journals that I start I do like three entries and then I start to feel better and then I stop so kind of not really.

Yes, I have one. I started it when I started them in general since I was 17 on and off. I have them right now. For me, I find that they I overthink too much. So it helps me to get thoughts outside of my head in a physical way.

because like for me it's like if i have a thought of something once it's in my head it's in my head it's not going to come out my head unless i put it outside my head aka i say it out loud or write it down or something so it helps to like write stuff down sometimes because it's like that's like a physical

Physical way for me to see my feelings. As you can see, yeah, I need like 25 seconds for that one, but this is why sound bites should be just a tad bit longer. Just a tad.

Journaling helps. I need to get back to it because maybe I'd watch my mouth better and quit reacting and You know have enough time to think Journaling is therapy. Yes, I agree
