All right, my little gym rats out there. What's your favorite body part to work out at the gym? Is it legs, chest, thighs, back, shoulders? All of the above, what do you say?
My favorite is probably leg day. My legs are like the strongest part of my body. I have zero upper body strength and so it's just kind of frustrating and so for it's more enjoyable to work out something that I'm already like good at.
Who is I like to get as hard as I can I don't know what I did I put my wiener I put it under like a weight and I start on squats OK And then the next thing I do OK I think I'll get on one of the pull up bars and then I'll see how long I can balance myself with just my wiener
It's not my favorite but it's the main part I'm trying to tone up as the abs goodbye anybody and I need the the apps to look good with the body so it's not my favorite but it's catchy Kinda it's kind of annoying but I want to get it right
