OK so I was talking to my best friend again and he mentioned that whenever he falls asleep if feels like he's falling and apparently this is because whenever you are falling asleep you end up so relaxed that your body thinks that it's dying and so your brain sends a shock through your body I am and that's why you feel like you're falling but I don't experience that feeling He told me that it was a universal thing that everybody experiences but whenever I fell sleep it's like for those view of who have been in like a wave pool or something it feels like you know you're your Steady and stable but you're rocking back-and-forth on the waves and is just a very calming feeling I guess it's very comforting it's not the feeling of falling at all so I wanted to know if anybody else experiences that feeling or if I am Weird person and everybody else universally feels like they're falling whenever they're falling asleep ha ha thanks
Yes kind of like a thing when you try to go to sleep then you get that I don't like you flinch it's because like your heart rate goes solo cause you're so relax OK go solo so fast don't like about you to wake you up so you don't fucking die and so that's what happens and I don't have your brain doesn't do that you can actually just die in your sleep like I'm not even lying I think I actually app you
I've had that happen to me before. It's, um, I have a dream and then like I'm walking down the sidewalk and I ship and fall, but that's about it. and then I wake up.
