So history is a mixture of both things that really happened that's documented and also a mixture of Legends urban legends actual things that were written down, but there's no true verification to say it's true

But it's also the way you distinguish the two is by Finding a source or finding something that you've heard or read and then doubling it up with a second source that verifies it

Sorry, it's a strong mixture between fake and nonfiction and legend and urban legend and actual reality. So it's best to do your homework and research on things.

I mean, I think like the history that I would say, our great, great, great grandparents have lived through is real, but I feel like most of our civilization is made up from someone. If that answers your question.
