Good morning Kyle OK I'm not California but let go I want to start waking up at five in the morning every day I moved a couple of days away and switch time zones so I've been waking up at four in the morning it is for women at now so I'd like I could do a consistently in on purpose coming also very productive in the time even laying down and productive my phone protector for my bed know if we're getting things done but I don't know this new type of energy and I stay up till about eight or nine but then I feel all like over and sleep so early but let me know that they may wake up early or anything like that and how do you manage to do it consistently
