Okay, so I don't know if I'm the only one, but I never really understand the concept of like, crunch moms. Um, is it just like, eating all organic and healthy and... Like, I don't really understand. Can somebody explain it to me? And are you a crunch mom?

So I think I would be considered a semi-crunchy mom. I don't like labels, but I'm very careful about what I give my son, what I use on him, that kind of stuff, and I am a very big believer in gentle parenting.

They don't use over-the-counter medicine. They use more herbs and such things. Organic, no red 40. I don't consider myself a crunchy mo-

I'd say I'm pretty much a crunchy mom too. I'm not a fan of watching the dyes in food, but only because I can.

But really only because I saw that it was affecting my son's behavior and so I started looking into it and kind of got freaked out a little bit so I'm a little bit picky about the choices we make so semi-crunchy here.

That's so interesting, I didn't know that it affects their behavior I should definitely look into this because my daughter is almost two and she is acting wild, like I can't control it anymore

So I am not a crunchy mom However, we do eat fruit in this house, but I don't really semi-eat fruit
