It can be somebody that is like seriously admiring you or it can be somebody that's giving you malicious intent. So not all evil eye are bad, it just, you know, it just happens. So in Mexican culture, one thing that you do to avoid is to, like people always say, like, oh, touch my hair, touch my hair. And you know, it depends on like each culture, right?
