So like my stuffy nose is like really really bad so yeah I'm gonna See what I can do about it maybe it might be gone by tomorrow I really hope but I have this really actually no I had a strange dream Pretty much happens to everybody I fell off a balcony but someone saved me and I didn't see their face I just ran away so yeah I'm just gonna keep joining lies and stuff I'm gonna probably make one so if you see this see if you can join my life thank you

Before sleeping, think about what makes you sad the entire day and tackle it. If you can't think why you're sad, then change your lifestyle. Surround yourself with people, good people, enforce yourself to do things you like. It's okay to be sad and cry, but it's not okay to be depressed. Forget what disturbs you and try to come up with solutions to solve it. Pain is inevitable, but suffering is a choice. Don't allow yourself to be in misery.

whether it's family problems or problems within yourself or company future anything at all just remember that you have to believe in yourself because if you don't believe in yourself or don't pick yourself up I'm telling you nobody else will everybody else at the end of the day whether it's good or bad take care for themselves so you have to fend for yourself. Learn to love yourself.

Thank you so much thank you so much for the advice I really try that but personally it's just me I'm really upset with myself but Working through the depression I am trying to make myself happy think about happy things and stuff like that so really thank you for the information a lot
