I do not shut as often as I want to and the older I get or the more I like randomly accidentally stretch a muscle while I'm doing something I'm like wow I could really use a stretch right now and I just always forget

Usually at every single workout alarm Alice in the hard way when I got injured and tore my knee I even take separate days just to commit to stretching and doing like mobility work

I definitely stress before every hour for every workout or physical activities I do I am but sometimes I don't stretch after which I feel like it's just as important I am but you're definitely before every workout
