How often do you stretch? I like to stretch after every workout but sometimes I just don't have time for that. So I try to get it at least three times a week.
I don't stretch and that's probably why I have noodle legs. Like after leg day for three to five days I feel like I'm about to clip through the earth's surface because I didn't stretch before my leg workout and I have noodle legs.
about it it's weird because I have strong leg muscles and my like thighs are huge but they feel like they feel like they're non-existent I wish if it was possible to not stretch and not hurt leg day would be so much more attractive to me and I would do it every day
