How often do you stretch? I like to stretch after every workout but sometimes I just don't have time for that. So I try to get it at least three times a week.
I try to stretch before and after every single workout that I do. I've been doing a hundred jumping jacks every day at least every day this year. And my legs would be totally messed up if I weren't stretching because that will like wear your calves.
I'm kind of extra careful about stretching though because there was a year where my legs got really messed up because I wasn't stretching at all and I had toe walking tendencies and I had to go to physical therapy because I couldn't walk anymore because my tendons had shortened so much.
I used to stretch a lot more almost every day but I probably do it about twice a week now which is definitely not good and I need to get back into a better habit of doing it more often.
You stretch? I just live with back pains. I mean I work out but I don't stretch. Why do you do that? Why? Why are you trying to be limb? Why? Why stretch? I don't get it.
I, I know, well, before when I used to go to the gym, I would stretch out before the workout. And then now I try to stretch once in a while, but I know I should do it probably more often too.
I don't normally stretch but I really need to because I have a lot of lower back pain and I believe that's part of it I do a lot of physical work without stretching so I will need to stretch
