You should definitely make priority for your self-care as a mom, especially because you're just so busy every day. It doesn't matter if you're a stay-at-home mom or a working mom or just any other type of mom. I think we still deserve a little bit of self-care daily. Even if it's just for 10 minutes, honestly, we just deserve some time for ourselves and it's not being greedy, it's not being mean, it's not like you're denying your child or your children, it's just you need that time for yourself. Like you really really do need it in order to kind of recover as well. So really do take importance in your self-care at least, I would say 10 minutes every day. Even if it's just relaxing just for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, It doesn't matter, just take some time for yourself.
