Let's get a little deep. Have you suffered from postpartum depression, anxiety, and or rage? And what are some ways that you have overcame this? Are you currently suffering with this? I'd like to know because I'm two years postpartum and I still struggle with this day to day.
Yes, I've suffered from all of them and for the longest time I did not get help. And I recently just started therapy and talked to my OB about it and I'm getting the help I need.
I haven't reached out for help either. I don't know why, because I know there is help out there. I think it's just like I feel like I need to be strong for my family and if I were to be seen to get help.
I just personally feel like I would just feel like weak and like I didn't accomplish or like be the person I'm supposed to be. I don't know, it's really weird.
I love music and I love food but food does not love me yeah those are some ways I cope as well but also struggle because I've gained so much weight specially on a wellness journey now I'm to lose that weight

I totally agree with you that they're not discussed enough and my TikTok is basically just all about like mom's mental health and that's kind of what I'm trying to aim this platform for as well.
