Let's get a little deep. Have you suffered from postpartum depression, anxiety, and or rage? And what are some ways that you have overcame this? Are you currently suffering with this? I'd like to know because I'm two years postpartum and I still struggle with this day to day.

Yes, I've suffered from all of them and for the longest time I did not get help. And I recently just started therapy and talked to my OB about it and I'm getting the help I need.

Yes and yes and how I cope is lots and lots of music or food or moviferin if they're around but if they don't talk much then food and music.
